Product Introduction

       The NDFJ-II SF₆ Decomposition Product Tester enables rapid on-site detection and diagnosis of early-stage faults inside SF₆ electrical equipment (such as circuit breakers, transformers, GIS, bushings, etc.) by simultaneously monitoring three decomposition products: SO₂, H₂S, and CO.

        This instrument is widely applicable to SF₆ electrical equipment in the power, railway, metallurgy, and petrochemical industries.

Product Features

       Faults in SF₆ electrical equipment are categorized into internal body faults and operating mechanism faults. Internal faults involving solid insulation significantly impact equipment safety and can be divided into discharge and overheating types. Discharge faults are further classified into floating potential discharge, ground discharge, and inter-turn discharge.
       Currently, common electrical tests domestically and internationally are typically performed during power outages and exhibit low detection rates for critical insulation defects. The NDFJ-II SF₆ Decomposition Product Tester, produced by our company, is an intelligent instrument with high sensitivity, stability, and ease of operation. It automatically diagnoses and provides handling suggestions based on detected concentrations, offering a simple and effective means for early detection of internal faults in SF₆ electrical equipment.
